PAZARYERI ORGANIZED INDUSTRIAL ZONE-POIZ-  GENERAL INFORMATION

Pazaryeri Organized Industrial Zone,  All of our property belongs to the Bilecik Provincial Administration.  PORSAB was established    on 138 hectares of area within the municipal council area in 1996.

As of the end of July 2015, 29 (971.679,16 m²) industrial parcels and 6 (71.141,21 m²) common use  parcels(Health facility, Trade area, Social facility area, Sports facility area,  Treatment plant and administrative facility) are settled.  There are 35 parcels in total (1,042,820,37 m²).

70% of the OIZ is defined as industrial area and 30% as common usage area.

 

11 parcels are completed in our territory and 4 firms are working in 5 parcels, 1 company is closed, 3 parcels for 5 parcels are in construction stage and 2 parcels are in progress.

The number of workers employed in companies  continuing to operate is 490 persons.

The revision and reconstruction plan studies have been completed and approved by the ministry. And the cadastre work will be started.
